5/6th April- Good Friday Protest. EXXON HQ. Run by Campaign for Climate Change.

24th Feb- London March. Troops out and NO to trident. Run by Stop the War & CND. See our stall at Hyde Park start and our Information Point at Trafalgar Square march end and rally.

If you cant get to the National Demonstration in London , or find large demonstrations overpowering, then come to a local event in South West England.
An event that will uplift the soul and leave its message long after the London one has finished.

Ribbons of Remembrance for slaughtered civilians.Sat. 5th August 2006.
The names of 50 towns, cities and regions where civilians have been slaughtered in the name of war, followed by the tying of 50 ribbons to the central traffic lights in Market Place, Cirencester, in the HEART of ENGLAND. This action speaks for the people of our country, unlike our Prime Minister, ‘the yo! Blair poodle’.
This is to be followed by a Peace Meditation at The Friends Meeting House, Thomas Street, 12.00 noon.
Organised jointly by Trafficlights4peace & Society of Friends (Cirencester).
For weeks the ribbons will flutter their defiance to the purveyors of carnage and slaughter.

4th Nov- Climate Change March. Event starts at Lincoln's Inn Fields, London and rallies at US Embassy first ,then goes on to the I-Count rally in Trafalgar Square.

18th March- London Rally to mark the 3rd Anniversary of the war on Iraq unjustifiably commencing. Traffic lights for peace are planning to have stalls at beginning and end, with ribbon tying at Trafalgar Square traffic lights. Contact Jonathan if you can help.

10th Feb. Beacon of Peace. The beacon starts in Cirencester, this Friday, 12.30 to 1.30 p.m., in the Market Place. Let it spread its message throughout the land and beyond.
